The building is currently a mix of commercial and office spaces, with retail units facing the road.
The development includes a single-story steel frame vertical extension featuring a rooftop terrace, as well as a four-story steel frame rear extension.
To facilitate the viability of the development, the existing retail units on the ground floor remained open during the construction works, providing uninterrupted service to customers.
The remainder of the existing building, together with the new extensions, provide a mixture of commercial, office and residential accommodation.
