Tooting High Street
A new build six-storey hotel building with one storey basement across the site. The development is situated in close proximity to the Northern Line London Underground tunnels and therefore has required detailed ground movement assessments and monitoring of the tunnels during construction.

The early part of the project involved the careful dismantling, salvage, recording, storage, and reconstruction of a locally listed Clubhouse building which formed part of the Tooting Constitutional Bowls Club.
Works have now begun on site with the installation of hoarding and demolition of existing structures. Once the site is cleared, the next step will be the installation of sheet piles to allow the excavation of the new basement.
