The scheme comprises of ground floor retail space, with light flooded office space from first to sixth floors and a biodiverse roof and terrace above.

Following demolition of the existing three storey warehouse building a steel framed superstructure is supported on piled foundations. Braced bays provide stability with transfer beams at first floor level to allow adequate space for vehicular loading at ground floor. Designs incorporated an exposed concrete soffit to meet client requirements and steel-framed Crittall-style windows reflect the heritage of the surrounding area.
