A new lease of life given to historic public house
Empty for several years, the redevelopment of this former public house, breathes new life into the building. The original façade has been carefully preserved, retaining the historic character of the structure and will form the podium for a new 5-storey build-to-rent scheme.
A new basement has been incorporated and a traditional steel-frame structure above supports the new apartments.
