Our team of engineers has worked closely with the contractor to coordinate designs and ensure that the building can be constructed safely and efficiently.
To help overcome logistical problems which the relatively small site presented, the contractor has staged the build into three phases. PJCE assisted with this by detailing slab reinforcement to suit the proposed pour layouts, whilst ensuring the staged approach would not have any detrimental impact on the overall structural integrity.
