Regeneration of historic Alibi Public House, incorporating new residential and commercial development
The main apartment block is formed using in-situ reinforced concrete flat slabs, with concealed blade columns. Modifications were required to the original structure to incorporate the historic local public house.
Full civils, in-ground drainage and SuDS designs were also provided by PJCE and modifications to the adjacent highways were fully detailed as part of the Section 278 works.
