Striking, slender six-storey apartment building close to the iconic Tate Modern
In collaboration with our client, Dorrington plc and architects Allies and Morrison, PJCE delivered the structural designs for this complex site, from concept to completion. The development comprises a 6-storey apartment building, located between two existing developments of commercial and residential utilisation.
The design is an elegant slender structure, modelled in REVIT and analysed in TEKLA to ensure optimisation of structure and achieving the architect’s brief at planning stage. This project demonstrates PJCE’s ability to provide early focused involvement that unlocks a challenging site and delivers on client aspirations.
