This project involved the formation of a new basement and swimming pool beneath the rear garden and the refurbishment of the Grade II Listed house.
The basement was formed using contiguous piled retaining walls and lined with reinforced concrete with a steel composite roof to support the re-instated garden over.
The Grade II Listed property was sympathetically restored whilst modernizing the floor plates and locally removing internal walls.
