This project involves the renovation of a Georgian terrace house in Kensington. This included the construction of a new open plan basement below ground level which extends beneath the garden to the rear of the property. This required the construction a reinforced concrete raft slab foundation and lining walls and mass concrete underpinning of the existing foundations.

The project also involves the creation of a large open plan living area at ground floor level as well as further alterations to the upper storeys. This required the construction of a steel moment frame structure to replace the demolished load bearing walls at ground floor level and above.
