This project involved the restoration of a Grade II Listed Workshop into a Retail Unit whilst retaining residential properties at first floor and above.



The introduction of new internal steel frames enabled the removal of load bearing walls providing an open plan retail unit.



The front facade required sensitive conservation with the retention of Victorian cast iron fenestrations, whilst renewing damp proofing systems and  lead roof coverings.
