This project consisted of alterations to Sussex House School at basement level, which were mainly internal and none of which are visible from public areas. The school is located in Cadogan Square which lies within the Hans Town Conservation area of the London Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, an area of significant historic and listed buildings. Sussex House is an independent day school for boys aged eight to thirteen.

 

The structural works involved the installation of various steel beams, padstones and also a goalpost frame. A foundation for the goalpost frame was also required.
