The development of an existing Victorian building into a new sports centre and gynasium for Thomas's london Day Schools.
The existing floor structure required strengthening to enable upgraded loads required (bleachers) to be loaded on the floors for school plays.
The property was refurbished with the removal of internal load bearing walls and the introduction of steel frames to facilitate new school layouts.
