Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
The development of a new leisure centre in Sittingbourne, Kent.
The structure was designed as a steel frame, for long spans over recreational areas (swimming pools) with precast concrete floors. the development included gymnasium, swimming pools and recreational areas.
The property was developed on a reclaimed landfill site and foundations were supported on re-vibrated fill material with pad foundations at 1m depth.
