Dover Street London

This project involved the development of an old Public House in Piccadilly into the flagship store for John Roche.

The existing property dated from Edwardian times and required significant internal structural modifications with the removal mof all internal load bearing walls.

The retained facade was supported on a new steel frame and all steel floor supports were embedded within the floor plates to provide a modern "flat ceiling" without compromising head height with down stand beams.

The property was extended into the basement and vaults beneath Dover and Stafford Streets and a new floor was added within the existing loft space.
